Mr.
Tober has over 35 years of industry experience with emphasis
on hands-on problem solving and design modification. Previous
positions have included plant superintendent and design
consultant.

Mr.
Bauer has 30 years of technical sales experience in the
steel industry including four years with and original equipment
manufacturer of furnaces and steel mill equipment and 15
years with Erie Copper Works, Inc. Mr. Bauer earned his
degree in Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky.
